Your submission of this Online Sales Application does not by itself grant any Authorized Retailer the right to sell Carr Specialty Baits, Inc. (Fishbites) products on any e-commerce website of any kind or other digital media platform (including, but not limited to, any online marketplace website). Carr Specialty Baits, Inc. (Fishbites) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, withhold, or revoke the authorization of an Authorized Retailer to offer Carr Specialty Baits, Inc. (Fishbites) products online and to modify the requirements for such authorizations at any time.

This Online Sales Application must be completed in its entirety to be considered for authorization to sell Carr Specialty Baits, Inc. (Fishbites) products on a website that is owned and operated in its entirety by the Authorized Retailer submitting this Online Sales Application (a “Retailer Website”). A storefront operated by a Retailer on any third-party eCommerce website is not eligible to apply for authorization to sell Carr Specialty Baits, Inc. (Fishbites) products through that storefront.

Please allow two to three weeks for a response from a Carr Specialty Baits, Inc. (Fishbites) representative. Your submission of this Online Sales Application indicates that all the information you have provided is complete and correct to the best of your knowledge, with no material omissions of information that has been requested or is closely related to questions asked. In addition, you have taken such actions that are reasonably necessary in your retail business to familiarize yourself with the questions being asked so that you are in a position to answer thoroughly and accurately.
