Theresa Southerland is the co-host  and producer of the wildly popular YouTube channel “30milesOut kayak fishing Tv” with her husband Ty Southerland. Ty and Theresa have been filming for 7 years and you’re guaranteed to not only learn the techniques necessary to fish from a kayak but will have a lot of laughs along the way.

Born and raised in the Rockport / Corpus Christi area, Theresa has been fishing the Coastal Bend all her life (45 years). Theresa started out surf fishing with her dad for sharks at a very young age. Then in 2012 she jumped in a kayak with Ty and fell in love! Ty and Theresa travel the entire Gulf Coast from South Padre Island Texas to The Florida Keys fishing and filming all of their adventures. You can find Ty and Theresa  on the water several times a week looking for the ultimate inshore bite.
